Hydraulic pipe testing units
WINTER MASCHINENBAU’s hydrotesters are used for leak and material strength tests on welded and seamless pipes by means of water pressure.
Each plant is individually planned and designed allowing an optimum adaptation of the plant to the existing logistics, IT infrastructure and to the available installation space.
The hydrotesters are characterized by high flexibility, short set-up times and high durability of seals.
The test procedure is fully automatic. A pressure timing diagram is prepared for each pipe and can be stored or handed out depending on customer wishes.
The plants can be equipped with pipe feeding devices, pipe separating devices, rinsing and drying systems on request.
