For our customer-specific designed hydraulic plants WINTER has developed and manufactured its own hydraulic cylinders for decades.

The cylinders are characterized by very high durability, even under tough conditions. This is achieved by cylinder constructions which take into account the special production parameters of our customer, the cycle times and stroke rates, the maximum cylinder traverse speeds and the mechanics, quantities and seal material, guide length etc. are adapted to each application case.

Besides reinforced and extended guides and seals, special wiper rings and, in the case of the feeder cylinders for waste incineration plants, specially developed highly robust bearings are used in a universal ball joint, which absorbs the transverse forces on the cylinder.

WINTER develops  and manufactures:

- Hydraulic special cylinders for third party plants, including in hydraulic presses and, as an alternative, for third-party cylinders with identical mounting dimensions.
- Hydraulic special cylinders for hydraulic presses, used in a number of oil but also water hydraulic special presses and testing plants developed by WINTER.
