Containers for smaller fire distinguishing facilities are filled from a big standardized container or via a supply line by means of a defined pressure. In the case of pressure losses, the container is filled via a pressure reducer within the bypass. If the pressure declines further, the pressure is raised up to the required level by means of a double-stage piston pump.
The air conditioners in the automotive industry are filled from storage tanks. The challenge is the change in the state of aggregation of the cooling agent when emptying the storage tank.
In cooperation with company Kidde-Deugra Brandschutzsysteme, we have built a recycling plant for halon. In this plant, the medium is filtered and then cooled down to -80°C for capturing dissolved nitrogen. Finally the cleaned halon is refilled in containers with a defined weight and filling pressure.
In the production of highly sensitive measuring diaphragms, the membrane has to be produced at a defined temperature and a controlled force progression and must be bonded with the inlay. The parameters for different types of membranes can be saved in the control system.
When producing or recycling alloys, the smelt is transported to its destination in large thermal tanks. There it is poured out in production-ready batches. The challenge is that, apart from the temperature and fire risk, the tippler has to safely pick up containers, which are all slightly different.
Bending press for metal fittings, equipped with roller brushes at the inlet and a clocked working and automated fitting feeding system and fitting outfeed. This 50 kN four column special press and the bending tool therein with hydraulically actuated holding down clamp has been designed by WINTER in 2016. Fully automated centering / bending of different semi-finished fitting parts with pre-fabricated bearing roller and with bored hole pattern. The scope of our delivery includes also the design, construction, production and initiation of the inserted bending tool which can be set-up without mechanical conversion work to a multitude of different semi-finished fitting parts with prefabricated bearing rollers of a diameter of min. 10 and max. 20 mm.
